Directions

From Blyth travel along Rotary Way, turn right at Mermaid roundabout along South Newsham Road. Turn right at 2nd lot of traffic lights. Changing rooms are situated on the left hand side of the road. From Whitley Bay turn left at the Mermaid roundabout. From Spine road North take turn off for Blyth, at r/bout take 3rd exit and continue onto Laverick Hall road, cross over r/way crossing turn left at traffic lights. Changing rooms on left.
